(using Lupetta Modena Balsamic Vinegar)
Lupetta Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P – 30ml
Lupa extra virgin olive oil – 60ml
Ground sea salt – 2g
Cracked black pepper – 1g
In a small dipping bowl pour the olive oil, then pour in the vinegar and lightly season with the salt and pepper.
Serve with Pane Rustico.
