Deliveries during the Christmas Period

During the Christmas Period, the delivery time could be more than 5 working days but we’ll do our best to get your deliveries to you asap.

We are close from the 23rd December 2016 to the 3rd January 2017.

Any orders placed after the 21st will likely to be delivered in the new year.

General Delivery Information

We use APC/Hand Delivery for all of our shipments, and deliveries are made between 9am to 6pm excluding weekends.

The cost of delivery is £5+VAT on orders up to the value of £30 and free on orders over £30, mainland UK only.

We now deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of White & Northern Ireland.
The delivery cost is £18.00+VAT.

We can now also deliver to the Republic of Ireland with a delivery cost of £44.00+VAT.

2.    Can anyone use this site?
Anyone can use this site, however deliveries are limited to the UK and Republic of Ireland.

3.    Do I have to register my details before purchasing on this site?
No – the only time we need to take details from our customers is when they actually become customers, i.e when they pass through our checkout. If you merely want to browse our range and recipe ideas then you do not need to register. However once you are registered you will only need to login on subsequent visits.

4.    How can I pay for my goods?
The site accepts payment from all major credit/debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and American Express using SagePay. Please note we do not accept Visa Electron Cards.

We are now also accepting Paypal as a payment method.

Our site is fully secure, using a Secure Trading server with state of the art encryption and secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. We do not store your credit/debit card details online.

5.    Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Lupa products can only be sent to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the Isle of White.

6.    How quickly will my goods be delivered?
Once your order has been placed, delivery will usually be up to 5 working days, although during busy periods this may be longer.

9.    What happens if there is no one there to receive delivery?
If there is no one in to receive the parcel then the carrier will follow any delivery instructions given by the sender. These instructions can be entered at the order stage. Where products cannot be delivered they will be returned to the local delivery depot – either a Royal Mail depot or one operated by our couriers. In both instances a card will be left at the recipient address notifying the occupier that a delivery was attempted. Collection details and/or options for a redelivery at a convenient other time will be provided on the card. Products that cannot be delivered (incorrect addresses, no response from recipient following delivery attempt etc) will be returned to our offices after two weeks. At this point we will notify the sender that it has not been delivered.
