We have been supplying pasta to the UK market for many years and our website contains a selection of the hundreds of shapes and varieties we sell.
Our pasta comes from long established Italian pasta makers using durum wheat exclusively from Italian mills. It is high in protein making it suitable for double cooking without losing its shape and texture. Double cooking the pasta is useful if you want to prepare it in advance and then heat and serve quickly. Ideally, cook the pasta for around half the specified time around 2 – 3 hours before it is required and then cool it to stop the cooking process, and drain it. Add a little olive oil to prevent it from sticking together and then store in the fridge in a suitable container. To reheat, simply place in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
