Spicy ’Nduja Tartar with Crudité and Grissini Dippers

(using Lupetta Calabrian Spicy ‘Nduja Paste)

Ingredients

Lupetta ’Nduja Paste – 40g
Mayonnaise – 100g
Fresh chopped coriander – 20g
Finely diced red onion – 20g

Mixed crudité and Lupa Grissini

Method

Mix all the tartar ingredients folding in gently so as not to smash the onion.
Serve with the crudité and grissini.
